New Static IPs — Action Required Before January 1, 2027
Infrastructure Update: New Static IPs — Action Required Before January 1, 2027
As part of a platform improvement, we have enabled a new dedicated private network environment for EcartAPI. Both IP configurations are simultaneously active, so your stores and applications will not be affected during the transition period.
Currently active IPs
Previous IPs (proxy) — still active during the transition:
3.227.182.19354.161.96.109
New static IPs (private environment) — now available:
3.209.100.21934.224.235.1113.211.106.11935.173.225.189
What you need to do
1. Add the new IPs wherever applicable based on your EcartAPI integration. This may apply at two levels:
- In your end customers' stores that, for security or other requirements, previously requested static IP configuration to allow requests from our service.
- In your own application, if you perform any IP origin validation in your systems or EcartAPI integrations.
2. Keep the previous IPs enabled in your configurations until you have confirmed that the change has been applied across all relevant stores and applications. The previous IPs will remain active until January 1, 2027; however, the exact moment they are deactivated will depend on you notifying us that the transition has been completed.
3. Notify us once the change has been made so we can proceed with deactivating the previous IPs in your records.
Deadline
The previous IPs (
3.227.182.193and54.161.96.109) will be permanently removed on January 1, 2027, regardless of whether the change has been confirmed. We will send you a reminder notification prior to that date.
Information about your stores
In the coming days, we will send you a detailed list of the stores associated with your account that currently have this configuration active, so you can coordinate the change in an organized manner.
Coordination with your end customers
We understand that this change involves a management chain — first with you as an EcartAPI customer and then with each of the stores using your application. For this reason, we have established an extended transition period so you can manage it at your own pace without disrupting operations. If you need more time or have any particular concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
