Payoneer Account

eBay has partnered with Payoneer to handle payouts, so before anything else, make sure your eBay account is linked to a verified Payoneer account.

eBay Seller Program and Policies:

Enroll in the eBay Seller Program "SELLING_POLICY_MANAGEMENT". Use Get SellerPrograms to verify and Post SellerPrograms to enroll.

Create Your Policies

Once enrolled, create your fulfillment, payment, and return policies.

Locations:

You must have at least one location created for your Post Create Offer payload.

Create the Product:

Use the Post Product v1 Resource to create the product.

Publishing an Offer:

Once all requirements are met, use Post Create Offer with SKU, policies, and location.
