Get all returns for an order (Temu)

Retrieves all after-sales (returns) linked to a specific order.

orderId is required (Temu's parentOrderSn, e.g. PO-211-08965103913592338).


Time Range Filter

Temu requires at least one time range parameter. If no filters are passed, ecartAPI automatically defaults to the last 90 days.


status filter values

Temu groups statuses internally. Pass the group number as status:

Note on returnItems

The list endpoint returns returns without item detail. Use Get single return to retrieve returnItems with productId, variantId, sku, and name.
