Catalog Search (Amazon v1)

https://api.ecartapi.com/api/v2/catalog/search

Search the Amazon catalog by product identifier (ASIN, SKU, EAN, UPC, etc.) or by keywords. Use identifiersType + identifiers for lookup by ID, or keywords for text search. These cannot be combined.
