Updates an existing Ebay offer/listing.

Ebay allows their users to handle products in two different ways through the API or through their site to be able to handle and edit products through the API first you have to follow a few steps.

Steps to edit products.

1. Fetch the product listings using our product listing resources.
2. Make sure all products have SKU's assigned to them and use the migrate listings request to convert them to API compatible.
3. Use the offer array to make any updates or changes on the product listing.
