Cancel an existing return request that has not yet been processed. This is typically used when a customer changes their mind after submitting a return request, or when the return was created in error.
Note: A return can only be cancelled if it is still in a cancellable state (e.g., pending or authorized). Returns that have already been processed or refunded cannot be cancelled.
