Retrieve all variants for a specific product. Variants represent the different combinations of product attributes such as size, color, or material — each with their own SKU, price, and stock level. EcartAPI normalizes variant data into a unified schema regardless of how the underlying platform structures its variant model.

This endpoint is essential for inventory management systems, price comparison tools, and any workflow that needs to enumerate all purchasable configurations of a product.

Note: Not all platforms expose variants at the API level. Some platforms include variant data directly in the product response.
